5/30/2008: Ekin Tutek (MSIA '97) and her husband, Carlos Morales (MSIA '97), moved to Sao Paulo Brasil about a year and a half ago from Madrid, Spain. Carlos is Vice-President for Customer Service for Telefonica, and Ekin is a Maketing Manger with Telefonica. They are all doing well and now have two daughters, one age 4 years and the other age 1 year, born in Brazil.

11/23/2004: I recently concluded the "mother of all financial models" for a boutique investment bank. The model encompassed the very profitable leveraged hostile takeover of a US-based multinational company. I retained an economic interest in the deal. I then joined the Oxford Club (www.oxfordclub.com and www.cluboxford.com) as Portfolio Director of their Spanish-publishing newsletter and editor/analyst global markets of their successful English newsletters. Current portfolio returns exceed 20% YTD as of mid-November 2004.
