Carnegie Mellon alumni in Bangalore are invited to a special dinner and presentation by Tepper School professor, Dr. Sunder Kekre, on Friday, February 21, 2014. The alumni event will be from 7:30 – 10:30 pm. at the MINT MASALA Restaurant at the Chevron Hotel,
147, Infantry Road in Bangalore.

Dr. Sunder Kekre is the Bosch Professor of Manufacturing and Operations and Director of the PNC Center for Financial Services Innovation at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He will be speaking on the topic, “Driving Innovation @ Tepper”.

New business models are emerging in diverse industry sectors that will create novel sources of value from leveraging advances in data, mobile and cloud based services. The gains from enhanced connectivity between consumers and service providers are huge. Tepper School faculty and students are playing a key role in driving innovation at Carnegie Mellon in many areas that will likely transform companies and create new ones. Dr. Kekre will showcase some current projects with our partners in industry and share how innovative solutions are being crafted to meet the management challenges of tomorrow.
