David is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's national revenue cycle practice where
he focuses on defining strategies for realigning providers’ revenue cycle
operations to more effectively compete in the market. David is the co-author of
The Patient Experience: Strategies & Approaches for Providers to Achieve and
Maintain a Competitive Advantage. In addition to providing consulting services
to large integrated healthcare delivery systems, academic medical centers,
community and surgical hospitals, David has also been a speaker at the 2007
Healthcare Financial Management Association’s (HFMA) Annual National Institute,
a faculty presenter for Premier, Inc.’s Supply Chain Collaborative Breakthrough
Series and is scheduled to lead a discussion on Enabling The Patient Experience
with Technology at the upcoming annual conference for the Healthcare Information
and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) in March. David holds a B.A. from the
University of California, a Master's degree from the University of Texas at
Austin and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of
Business.
