Sue works across a broad range of functional disciplines including general management, sales, marketing, information technology, finance, manufacturing, and operations.

Prior to joining Battalia Winston International, Sue was a Vice President in a leading international executive search firm. Earlier she was a senior professional with the management consulting practice of one of the Top Five global professional services firms where she advised audit, tax and management consulting companies in improving results across the full spectrum of recruitment and selection. She began her search career in New York with a leading global firm. Sue's earlier operational experience includes several years in sales with the Chemicals and Plastics Division of a Fortune 500 company.
