Jeffrey Bowman is a Director in the Management Consulting practice at Deloitte, one of the world’s largest professional services firms. In over 17 years at Deloitte, Jeff has focused largely on serving large health plan clients. By leading large transformation and M&A engagements, Jeff has enabled these clients to replace, combine, or improve their core operations. These efforts include business process redesign, supporting system implementation and the enabling human capital transition. In addition, Jeff has helped his health plan clients understand and address the effects of numerous federal mandates.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Jeff worked at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, a division of United Technologies, from 1986 to 1990. He became a Senior Systems Analyst through his work on several large shop floor automation projects.

Jeff received his MBA/MSIA from GSIA/Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1992, and his undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 1986.

Jeff currently lives in his hometown of Newton, MA with his wife and three children
